What data we handle.
This will be short, because we handle very little data. What stands here describes what this website actually does.
What you give us
If you write to us, we handle what your email contains: your name, your email address, your company name and what you write. We use these solely to answer your enquiry. If you also send the link to your test result, your answers are visible in it, which helps us write a useful reply.
What stays in your browser
Your chosen theme (light or dark) stays in your browser's storage and never reaches us. Your Lost Hours Test answers also stay in your browser: the result travels at the end of the web address, not on our server. If you don't ask for an email, taking the test creates no data on our side.
Hosting and server logs
The site runs on Vercel Inc. (USA). For operation and security, the server briefly logs the technical details of each request: IP address, time, page requested, browser. We don't collect or analyse these. Vercel handles them as a data processor under the EU standard contractual clauses (SCC).
What we don't do
No analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies. Your theme choice stays in your browser's storage. We don't build profiles, we don't sell data, and we don't send newsletters you didn't ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation runs, plus one year. If you want it deleted sooner, write to us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to the email address in the imprint.
The controller's details are in the imprint, together with the email address that reaches us.
