Your company pays for an invisible shift every week.

Copying, searching, waiting, redoing. Lost hours: working time that shows up as payroll but produces nothing. We find them, we measure them, and we only build a system where it pays back.

If automating it isn't worth it yet, we'll tell you: not yet.

What is a lost hour?

A lost hour: working time you pay for while nothing happens in it. Copying, searching, redoing, waiting.

Companies aren't lazy. Their processes slow them down, and almost all lost hours come from five sources:

  • 01TransferCopying by hand between systems and spreadsheets.
  • 02SearchWhere's the current version, what was the price, who knows?
  • 03ReworkWork redone after an error, a misunderstanding or a duplicate.
  • 04WaitingWaiting on information, on approval, on each other.
  • 05Held in headWhat lives in one person's head: lost hours as risk (bus factor).
What we build

Sometimes the system's output is a website. Sometimes it isn't.

01
Website

Custom code or an editable CMS, depending on who will maintain it.

02
Online shop

A fast, lean shop with its own theme. Migration under live traffic.

03
Identity

Logo, type, print. What holds the system together from the outside.

04
Social

An agent writes, a human approves. Every output labelled as AI.

Fewer and fewer people ask for a website. More and more ask for a system that works. Our job is to see which one you need.

AppALPHA · 2027

The system we're building for ourselves.

One surface where every client has their own file, voice, tasks and rules, and nothing goes out without approval. We're testing it on our own company right now. If you run an agency or several brands, we'll gladly show you.

About us

An engineering workshop in Eger.

A small team, our own code, measured results. We're not an agency that now also sells AI. We look for efficiency, and we only build a system where it pays back.

  1. 01Our own researched method: the maturity model grew out of BSc research, not marketing.
  2. 02Our own code: the system is yours, no platform subscription and no vendor lock-in.
  3. 03We measure, we don't promise. Every project closes with a measured result.
  4. 04We'll tell you if you don't need us. If the first two levels are enough, you get a guide, not a retainer.

Find out in 3 minutes how many lost hours you pay for every week.
